KGJ v CZT Náchod

The city of Náchod is breathing better thanks to the four new GENTEC CHP units we delivered between 2017 and 2020 innogy Energo s.r.o.. CHP units have gradually replaced the original steam coal-fired boiler room of CHS. As the general contractor, we had supplied and installed the CHP unit at the Mánesovo nábřeží with an output of 832kWe and the CHP unit at the housing estate with an output of 999kWe. We supplied the remaining two CHP units, each with an output of 999kWe, within the scope of the technology supply. By upgrading the boiler rooms, innogy Energo s.r.o. has significantly improved the fuel utilization and reduced the emissions from the produced energies.

These CHP units are currently included in the aggregated block, which was created by innogy Energo s.r.o. as one of the first aggregators in the Czech Republic. It thus shows a new direction in the use of CHP units as decentralised sources for efficient power generation. As an integrated aggregator, CEPS will provide the power balance services (SVR) for the transmission system operator
