A major opportunity for investors and Czech energy is here – operational support for nearly 1 GW of new and modernized CHP (KVET) sources.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic has announced an auction for “large” CHP (KVET) for capacities above 1 MW. Time is limited, and at GENTEC CHP we are ready to support you with preparing your bids.

The total tendered capacity is 905 MWe.

The auction is open to both new and modernized cogeneration units.

Bids can be submitted from June 10 to August 13.

Offers will be ranked from the lowest price upwards until the total capacity volume is reached.

The bid price must not exceed CZK 4,190.
