GENTEC CHP is a well-known original cogeneration unit manufacturer. Both our production lines are based in Brno, Czech Republic. We manufacture units from 30kWe up to 2,5MWe which makes our portfolio huge. Additional technologies such as SCR, steam generation, or Absorption cooling are part of our portfolio as well. As part of its portfolio, GENTEC CHP also offers the addition of an absorption chiller. This allows the combined production of cold heat and electricity. This makes the equipment very versatile and extends the possibilities of its application. The absorption chiller produces cold, similarly to air conditioning, but uses part of the heat generated by the CHP unit for its operation. In this way, the additional heat from the CHP can be used.

Connecting the CHP to the system sometimes requires specific parameters. Steam generation is also a possible heat recovery option. For this purpose, GENTEC CHP uses a steam generator in the flue gas ducts of the CHP unit.

SCR – Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is an advanced active emissions control technology system that injects a liquid-reductant agent through a special catalyst into the exhaust stream. Highly efficient models with turbo motors require to decrease the emission level by the application of SCR systems.
